The Short-Time Withstand Current Test System is professional equipment for short-circuit withstand current testing of EV charging guns, circuit breakers, distribution transformers, ring main units, cable branch boxes, connectors and other electrical devices. It fully meets the short-circuit current withstand capability verification requirements of IEC 62196-1:2025.
This system adopts industrial control all-in-one PC for display and parameter setting, PLC controller for automatic control, and high-speed data acquisition card for waveform measurement. The maximum test current reaches 10kA. Equipped with high-power multi-magnetic circuit AC power supply with current adaptive control loop, it uses isolated voltage superposition test mode with voltage up to 1000V. Features include easy operation, fast sample loading, automatic test, automatic judgment, intelligent and reliable performance.
