Product information:

 

The integrated door endurance testing machine conforms to IEC60335-2-4:2008 clause 18, IEC60335-2-11:2008 clause 20.101, IEC60335-2-7:2016 clause 18 and 22.104, IEC60335-2-24:2020 clause 23.3 and etc.

 

 

Samples and restrictions:

 

Refrigeration appliances (refrigerators, freezers), ice cream machines and ice makers (single-phase ≦250V, others ≦480V, DC ≦24V), microwave ovens, ovens.

 

 

Test purpose:

 

Used to perform durability life test and tension test when locking the door on the interlocking device of the cover or door of the refrigerator and freezer. To verify the reliability of the interlocking device. It is also used to assist other tests to perform repeated door opening and closing actions. Such as defrosting test and refrigerant leakage test.

 

 

Test principle:

 

The motor drives the mechanical arm to drive the door or cover sucked by the vacuum suction cup to reciprocate at a certain speed. This verifies the reliability of the interlocking device. A force sensor is installed on the mechanical arm to form a closed-loop control with the servo motor. The door opening force value can be accurately controlled and measured.

 

 

Equipment structure:

 

The equipment consists of an electrical control cabinet (including a load voltage regulator), a rack, and a mechanical arm mounted thereon.

The overall frame structure is adopted, and the sample is placed on the bottom plate of the equipment, so that the relative movement is internal stress, reducing the shaking of the equipment. A column-type structure is installed on the bottom plate. The left column contains a set of upper and lower door opening and closing mechanisms. The right column contains a set of left and right door opening and closing mechanisms. At the same time, the bottom plate adopts a centering structure, which is compatible with left and right opening tests (not at the same time).
