High-Precision Drop Test System For Packaging Impact And Reliability Testing
Product information
This Drop Test System is mainly used to evaluate the impact effects experienced by packaged goods during transportation and handling, in order to determine the shock resistance of the packaging and assess the rationality of the packaging design.
The machine conducts vertical free-fall impact tests on the specimen. The specimen can be dropped freely on its faces, edges, or corners, and the drop height can be preset. Once the specimen reaches the set height, the lifting mechanism stops automatically and holds the position. The distance between the supporting arms can be adjusted electrically according to the product size.
The release mechanism is designed to be flexible and reliable, ensuring that the specimen experiences no external force at the moment of release or during free fall, thereby guaranteeing an accurate drop posture and test result.
